- Any work, including graphics, content, code, and marketing materials, created by Solutions Hub 360 remains our property until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Solutions Hub 360 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, or revenue increases from our services.
10. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services under the following conditions:
- Non-payment or breach of contract terms.
- Any unethical or illegal activities associated with the client’s project.
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Canada.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
